issues are normally tackled in isolation, if at all. We propose
a holistic approach which looks at the whole and how the parts are
intricately linked to the whole, rather than viewing the symptoms
offer a series of workshops which help people in organisations get
to grips with some the major issues confronting them, in an integrated
holistic way. So for instance delegates look at nutrition and intellegence,
or movement and problem-solving, because these are all part of a
bigger whole. Our approach is holistic and is influenced by Oriental
thinking, blending Western science, like quantum physics, with ancient
teachings of Eastern masters on creating new realities. The workshops
are designed to help the individuals to grow in terms of health,
creativity and performance, and as such help organisations grow
closer to their full potential, given by the potential power of
their own people.

core workshop, Rejuvenating the Organisation,
which forms the basis of all other workshops. Although it is possible
to participate in any of the other workshops
without the core one, we strongly recommend the core workshop first.
