Transcultural Synergy Ltd is in the business of helping corporate clients achieve creative solutions to their international or cross-border business challenges. This is a highly interdisciplinary and multicultural field. We are less concerned with logistics, legislative, financial, technological or mechanical aspects of international business, but rather our expertise and focus is in the people aspect, either internally in a firm's staff and management (human resources) or externally in its customers (sales & marketing, customer relations).

Transcultural Synergy help clients identify issues and co-design interculturally compatible solutions to these international challenges, where there is human interaction at any level involving several different business practices due to diverse national cultures. We specialise in finding unique solutions to customer's specific problems, rather than off-the-shelf products and services; however, where off-the-shelf solutions are required or more appropriate, we will work together with other organisations to find the best packaged services.

Transcultural Synergy assist businesses to solve their international operations challenges and review their global strategy plans accordingly. We offer expertise to internationally aspiring companies (start-ups, ventures) or to international alliances wanting to exploit the richness of its diverse human resources potential and to develop relationships with customers across borders where interaction rules and practices are fundamentally different.

• Retainer Consulting: After analysis and development of internationalisation strategy implementation support through retained consultant(s) or interim manager(s).

• Implementation Plans and Manuals: Alignment of strategic plans or specific departmental procedures across culture to ensure multicultural compatibility (e.g. complaints policies, performance appraisals etc.)

• Vision & Values Across Borders: Establishment of new vision and common values for company across borders, ensuring cross-cultural compatibility and relevance.
